SHIPPING & HANDLING: Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships out. Our shipping rates are based on current rates of the Postal Services. We do our best as a small business to ensure the most reasonable rates possible. Currently we use the USPS and UPS for all of our shipping needs. We cant guarantee shipping times as we are at the mercy of the shipping companies but there are averages and guidelines set in place. Typically USPS Priority Mail ships within 1-3 business days and UPS is 1-3 business days.

RETURNS: We do not accept returns or provide refunds as everything is custom and handmade. Please ensure that before your order is placed, everything is correct. If WE make a mistake on your order, we will gladly right our wrongs.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within one hour of placing it. After that hour cancellations are not allowed because we have begun the process of processing your custom creation.

Refunds: We do not offer refund on our SPA Services whatsoever. If there is an issue we would be delighted to resolve them in house. We do not offer refunds on products once they have been shipped out however if there is an issue with an order we will resolve it happily.
